Our Process
The Keystone Process is how we hold every job in Surprise, Goodyear, Peoria, and across the greater Phoenix area to the same standard — three phases, seven operative pillars, one company you can call back when something's wrong.
Serving Surprise · Goodyear · Peoria · Glendale · Avondale, AZ
Keystone Inspection
We start with a full assessment of your roof's envelope — looking for the seams, flashing, and details that cause failures before they ever show up as a visible leak. Whether you're in Surprise, Goodyear, or Avondale, you get a clear explanation of what we find, in terms that make sense, before any decision needs to be made.
Every material selection, color, and product specification is confirmed in writing before any operation begins. No assumptions, no surprises at install.
Complex roof details — valleys, hips, penetrations, step flashing — are identified and flagged during the inspection, before the crew arrives, so they receive focused attention from the start.
A photographic condition report of the roof, structure, and all surrounding areas — landscaping, gutters, siding, driveways — is completed before work begins. Your property's pre-work condition is documented, not assumed.
Keystone Install
Installation follows the same standard our team used on premium multifamily developments across the Phoenix metro — proper underlayment, correct fastening, and attention to the details most crews rush past.
All surrounding areas are protected and prepared before any existing material is removed. Work begins on the ground before it begins on the roof.
After demo and before new material is installed, the deck surface is cleaned and inspected. What goes under the new roof matters as much as what goes on top of it.
A quality check is conducted at key installation milestones — not just at the end. Issues caught mid-install cost far less than issues caught at closeout.
Keystone Care
The job doesn't end at closeout. You receive a Warranty Certificate, and your roof is backed by our Built to Hold Guarantee for as long as it runs — full replacements carry 5 years of labor warranty, repairs carry 2.
Before final handoff, the roof and all surrounding areas are walked and verified to match pre-work condition. A photographic confirmation report accompanies your Warranty Certificate at closeout.
Your Rights as a Homeowner
Notice of Right to Cancel
Arizona law gives every homeowner the right to cancel certain contracts within a specified period after signing. We provide this notice in writing at every signing point in the process — before any work begins — so you always know exactly where you stand.
Financing Available
We offer financing options through Synchrony and Affirm to help West Valley homeowners make their roofing project more manageable.
